Projet vidéo "Video Project"

Salut!

Il fait beau aujourd'hui, avec un ciel bleu et juste un peu nuageux. La température est tombée depuis hier, mais pas comme la semaine dernière quand il faisait -20F et aussi du vent.

Donc, on fait un projet vidéo pour ma classe, avec des équipes de quatre personnes. C'est très interessant travailler avec des autres qui apprennent français, comme moi, mais qui ne parlent pas anglais. Je travail avec un homme (Yesid) qui vient de Colombie avec toute sa famille, sa femme et ses quatre fils. Aussi, une femme (Nadime) qui vient de Costa Rica avec son mari. Ensemble ils (Yesid et Nadime) parlent espagnol, mais avec moi, on peut parle seulement en français. Aussi dans notre équipe, il y a un homme Canadien (Adam) qui ne peut pas parler français, pas de tout. Cependant, il peut parler espagnol et anglais. Donc, je parle avec Adam en anglais, et il parle avec Nadime et Yesid en espagnol. Ou, je parle à Nadime et Yesid en français, et ils parlent à Adam en espagnol. C'est une situation très drôle! Néanmoins, c'est une expérience inoubliable et je le parlerai en plus après on a fini avec la tournage!

It's nice out today, with blue skies and few clouds. The temperature has dropped since yesterday, but not like last week when it was -20F and also windy.

So, we're doing a video project for my class, with teams of 4 people each. It's very interesting to work with others who are learning french, like myself, but who don't speak english. I'm working with a man (Yesid) who has moved here from Colombia with his whole family-his wife and their four sons. Also, a woman (Nadime) who comes from Costa Rica with her husband. Together, they (Yesid and Nadime) speak spanish, but with me, we are only able to communicate in french. Also on our team, there is a Canadian man (Adam) who doesn't speak any french. However, he's able to speak both spanish and english. So, I speak with Adam in english and he talks to Nadime and Yesid in spanish. Or, I talk with Nadime and Yesid in french and they speak to Adam in spanish. It's a very funny situation! Nonetheless, it's an unforgettable experience, and I will speak of it further after we have finished the filming!
